TestMax is an AI-powered requirement-driven test automation platform that enables users to evaluate requirements, generate test cases, create Playwright scripts, and execute automated tests.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform. Prohibited activities include: attempting to reverse engineer the AI models, uploading malicious content, violating any applicable laws, or using the platform to harm others.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, AI models, and technology within TestMax are the property of Mammoth-AI. You retain ownership of your requirements and test data uploaded to the platform.
6. Data & Privacy
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using TestMax you consent to this processing. We do not sell your data to third parties.
7. AI-Generated Content
TestMax uses AI to generate test cases and scripts. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before use in production environments.
8. Limitation of Liability
Mammoth-AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TestMax. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mammoth-AI operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
